Service Description
This is a scheduled phone consultation to review custom cake details. Calls are limited to 15 minutes and are by appointment only. Please ensure all inspiration photos and details have been submitted prior to booking. This consultation will take place via phone call. You will receive a call at the phone number provided at the scheduled time
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for One-on-One Buttercream Basics Class: Payment: Full payment of $150 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class up to 48 hours before your appointment without any additional fees. Any rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the payment will not be refunded but may be credited towards a future class if notified at least 72 hours before the scheduled class. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled class and have not rescheduled, the payment will be forfeited. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Classes will begin promptly. If you arrive late, the session may be shortened to ensure the next appointment starts on time. Health & Safety: All participants must follow health and safety guidelines as outlined by the instructor.
