Service Description

Learn the foundations of making beautiful candy apples in a private, beginner-friendly class with pastry chef Monique, owner of Sweet Indulgence. During this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to prepare and dry your apples, make candy coating, use a candy thermometer, add color, and dip your apples for a smooth, glossy finish. We’ll also cover safe handling of hot sugar, common dipping problems, and how to package and store your finished apples. Your session includes ingredients, use of tools and supplies during class, your finished candy apples to take home, and a printed recipe with step-by-step instructions. This class focuses on traditional hard candy-coated apples. Chocolate-covered apples and advanced decorative designs are not included. Duration: 2 hours Price: $300 per person Location: In person at Sweet Indulgence Format: Private, one-on-one instruction

Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for One-on-One Buttercream Basics Class: Payment: Full payment of $150 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class up to 48 hours before your appointment without any additional fees. Any rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the payment will not be refunded but may be credited towards a future class if notified at least 72 hours before the scheduled class. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled class and have not rescheduled, the payment will be forfeited. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Classes will begin promptly. If you arrive late, the session may be shortened to ensure the next appointment starts on time. Health & Safety: All participants must follow health and safety guidelines as outlined by the instructor.
