STARTED BAKING AS A HOBBY
Approximately 13 years ago, I fell in love and decided to take baking seriously. I enrolled in a professional baking course at Star Career Academy. I studied under amazing pastry chefs and landed my first job at R2L restaurant as a pastry cook. Here is where I gained my experience and learned to not only make a dessert look beautiful but also taste like a slice of heaven.
I then moved onto the hotel industry where I worked as a pastry cook at the Bellevue Hotel before settling into my own baking business. I’ve been able to take the training and technique that I’ve learned from being a professional pastry cook and combined that with my unique decorating skills to create beautiful custom cakes, delectable desserts, and unique treats.
