You can pick up your order from our store at 845 S. 55th St., Philadelphia, PA 19143 between 12 PM and 6 PM on the specified days. For special events or holidays, pick-up windows may be limited. We do not currently offer full local delivery for all items—please check the individual product page for delivery options.

Yes—custom creations are one of our specialties. Use the “Custom Order Request” link on our site to submit your design ideas, flavour preferences, size and theme. We’ll collaborate with you to confirm the scope, pricing and lead-time before production begins.

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. For standard items, modifications may be accepted up to 24 hours before pick-up. Custom items and holiday-specific orders (such as collections or limited editions) may have stricter modification or cancellation policies.
